What Happens When a Wallet Is Blacklisted?
- 1The stablecoin issuer (Tether or Circle) adds the address to the token contract's blacklist.
- 2All USDT/USDC on that address become frozen — they cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- 3In some cases, the issuer destroys the frozen funds permanently.
